Locally sourced Fruiting Bodies Dual Extracted with Water and Dried into a fine powder.

Each Capsules contains approximately over 2 grams of Mushrooms Powder all focusing on your Health.

60 capsules is 2 months worth of a daily morning supplement.  I recommended only take one capsule per day just like a Vitamin.

Reishi - very popular mushroom which helps with mood, Immortality and helps when recovering from stress.   

I highly recommend this mushroom for high levels of stress and anxiety more than the other Mushrooms available.
